I know I’m not dealing with a new issue in this post, but it is still a continuous subject.
The message I would like to send once again to my dear fellow Lebanese Citizens concerns their awaited choice in the upcoming elections, because I’m urging them to make the right choice, or at least to select their politicians with lots of awareness and conviction, therefore I’m reminding them once again not to make the same mistake as in 2005.
And since it looks like the results are already known in the Sunnis and Shiites areas, I’ll be addressing in this call to Christians, asking them not to choose Michel Aoun for many reasons, some are shown in the following three videos:
The first video shows how much he is a psycho and a dictator who can’t stand the other opinion, and who can’t respect journalists and Media among others.
The second video proves how much he has contradicted himself, his beliefs, his politics, and above all his promises.
As for the third video, it briefs his failed and bloody history which was full of wars, contradictions, empty promises, and the culture of cancelling others.
I know all these videos are not new, and I’m sure many of you have already seen them more than a single time, but it is always useful to refresh our memory and try to judge our decisions, mainly in this critical moment of selecting what we want for our future, and I think we all agree that an History of failure leads to a more failed future.
U’re right all the way clara.
This man is a fool even an insane, and those who believe him are so misled or maybe fools like him.
What can someone says when he watch these vodes and hundred others? They should open their eyes and realize the truth. This man is fake.

Even if we have seen them before, but everytime seems useful to be more convinced how much this man is mad enough not to deserve representing anyone, not even his family.
Hope the orangists will learn and open their eyes. The problem is they are convinced within but they refuse to announce that, and the conflict became more as a challenge between different followers.
Aounis are known for not being able to admit they are wrong.

good post Clara, you can not repeat enough when it has to do with the deciding vote.

Yes indeed,
It is a very failed history that will lead also to a much failed or let me say no future at all.
Future should be brightful, peaceful, hopeful, but with aoun we have learned that nothing of these will be achieved.
Great post clara

with all the media and posts attacking only GMA, and looking at the history of the alternatives you are standing behind, i think the priority is to tell you people :
من كان منكم بلا خطيئة فليرمها بحجر!

Aoun learnt from his mistakes…mistake:thinking that weapons should be a monopoly of the state, learning from mistake considering HA weapons as divine…

This post is a total BS and it is empty as everything bad told about the General.
At least the General is allying with people who respect him and appreciate his opinion, not like jombi who trashed geagea and hariri as we saw in the video.
Haram, you all envy the General, and you will do it again when he smashed the next elections and win 35 seats as he said. u’re afraid but unable to do anything other than begging for seats from ur allies.

من كان منكم بلا خطيئة فليرمها بحجر!we agree, why don’t you tell the others ?or did you see here someone defending what geagea did?

paul… have u read the above article?
By: ثائر on April 20, 2009
at 13:14
ثائر if you talk also to GMA you will notice that you will never hear aoune said Aoun made some mistakes …always the others are guilty and this is the problem with them.
at least geagea apologised, aoun want the others to apologise from him , so if his war was against nobody.
yes i read it .
By: paul on April 20, 2009

paul.. if Aoun sneezes you will find all the media groups and the special choruses in Lebanon criticising him after 5 minutes.. there is plenty of people criticising every act he makes that his supporters are so busy defending him to criticise the mistakes that are done by him the way they are done by other humans…
now it is strange for me to see someone supporting LF or other M14 groups ( may be not all of them ) who is criticising Aoun for war, while all the history of LF is based on wars ( no need for me to count ) .. or to criticise him for developing and adapting in the lebanese scene while the M14 groups speciality is ” meen ma akhad imi bi seer 3ami ”
So when i read an article similar to the above i wonder what is the alternative you are offering? is it boycotting ? or is it voting for people who had done at least the same?
now that we have put history aside, i will vote for Aoun for one simple reason:
he is the only person who can lift back the Christians in the country to get back in the needed position of balance in the country between sunnies and shiates in such a critical phase.. not nasseb lahoud , nor sami jumail nor all the others who have closed their ears to jumblat just to get one more chair can do that … think about it .. it is so simple
By: ثائر on April 20, 2009

if we want to be famous, we must tolerate criticism, and if my voting district is located in Baalbek then i will never write something about aoun but unfortunately “tali3lna bilsa7be”
the same i will never vote for geagea because both has their chance and they failed.
if my existence as a Christian depends from someone like Aoun who wanted to free east beirut from it´s own inhabitant..well you can imagine what i want to say.
and how can you know that sami is not able to lift back the christians , until now he did’nt have the chance.
we can make an agreement …you vote for nancy and i vote for Haifa
By: paul on April 20, 2009
at 14:07
So Thaer,
You will vote aoun because he is th eonly man who can lift the christians to the ranks of sunnis and shiites?? It’s like u’re saying I join the gang in town because they are the only people who can protect me and get me a job and save my life.
So following ur logic, u’ll go with the wrong side because it is strong.
Even though I don’t see aoun strong neither right neither the person who can lift christians as u said.
You have to adjust ur idea about him.

What is up.. to reach a level of interdependence between religions in lebanon, we should bypass the phase where each of them feel threatened and its people go vote for the leader of the taifi..
to reach a civil country we need to pass through phases , especially that we had fought a severe civil religious war…
weren’t the Christians put aside after the 1990? why is it that the sunnies can get whoever they want as prime minister same as the shia as president of the parliament, then when it comes to christians the elected one ( whether u like him or not ) with 70 % of the votes is allowed to have only two ministers?
in the present state, lebanon is lifted on balance, whenever we lose the balance we lose the country… i hope we can bypass this state and the young generation can start playing the role needed … but at the moment nihna majmou3et neess maessoumeen wa kilon younadee 3ala laylah .. wa paul 3ala haifa younadi
By: ثائر on April 20, 2009

thaer
once again following ur logic, restricting the christians representation to one sole leadership will lead to one thing, they will take one side in the conflict between shiites and sunnis, utterly if aoun will be the leader of christians, he will follow HA and will create an inbalance, and vice versa.

whats up… Aoun following HA is a propaganda your people tend to repeat infinitly… ya3ni kazab, kazab, wa bil eikher sadae kizebtou..
Aoun is not the type of people who follow anybody… When some people wanted to make lebanon theire kingdom Aoun found in HA a sincere allie regardless of their diferences.. lebanon is what combine HA and Aoun and combine all of us.. unless we all join force to rebuild the country it will never be rebuild..
there will be a day after 7 june regrdless of the results; all those people who are saying the opposite are taking the country to destruction

Thaer
This is the problem. You people consider yourselves as right while others are wrong.
HA and aounies bothe never admit doing anything wrong, even when it concerns killing an Army officer.
Regardless what you are considered by people, resistance or militia or terrorists etc… you should have the culture of apology and recognition of errors, a culture the others proved it many times.

Weh lek ya thaer why do u always tend to forget that ur audience here is not only restricted to GMA, fighter n Jamal? Come respect our brains a bit!
So let’s see u respect n love Aoun sooooo much coz he sincerily cares abt z Christians. Snif snif I’m truly touched!
Now cut the barbara Cartland crap n be serious!
If z majority of z Christians doesn’t want him doesn’t this tell u something?
Ok let me tell u something; Aoun is just like jumblat u never know when he’ll turn against u, at least jumblat acts upon his people interest where Aoun works upon his bank account interest n I know that for a fact!
Last, do u sincerly believe or want us to believe that samer hanna got shot by mistake then u r not that integrated in HA. Check again n no need to get back on that blog to tell me: u were right ya Em el Mich!!!!

we will remind each others about Aoun popularity in two months … i will not go into such a useless debate… but i hope next time you will respect the decision of the majority …
now if you think it was an order from HA leadership to shoot the plane would u think they will shoot it dwon by an antiplane missle like Sam7 or machine gun? be logical… the young man who shot at it is well known in his vilage.. excited young man whose neighbor shot the israeli plane in 2006 war… i know u will laugh thinking am joking but i will not give more details here
